The Aqua Armor pontoon cover is an extremely durable cover that can handle a heavier volume of elements – like wind, water, leaves and snow – to provide your pontoon with 100% protection!
Treated with our proprietary HydroTech technology, the Aqua Armor provides 100% waterproof protection to your pontoon. With HydroTech, liquids will roll right off your cover, repelling water, dirt, mud, ice, and other liquids to keep your cover clean and your boat protected from the elements. The HydroTech technology applied to our strong 1200 denier fabric provides the ultimate all-weather protection.
The 1200 denier fabric provides a resilient barrier that ensures superior weather resistance, while the heavy duty shock cord hem provides a secure fit. A top and bottom strap and buckle system creates added security during trailering. The Aqua Armor is ultimate choice in pontoon protection.
IMPORTANT! Please make sure that your boat cover is securely tied down and snug before proceeding on the road. Also, if the cover starts to flap in the wind during the drive, please be sure that the cover is secured tightly to the boat before continuing your trip.

Our semi-custom fit Pontoon style covers may not fit over abnormally tall center consoles, bimini tops that do not fold down, outboard motors, or ski towers. If you have sizing questions, please call us now at 855.684.9363!

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be longer shipping times during sale events and peak shopping days. Items shipping from our Kentucky, USA warehouse normally arrive within 3 weeks of shipping.
Every Cover is guaranteed under warranty to remain strong and durable over time. The warranty covers the full elastic hem, grommets, stitching, and cover material.
Our return policy will replace any defective items within the first 30 days of your purchase; after that you can claim your warranty. Each product comes with a warranty card.
